Chroma is a brand identity and web design studio. You can reach us at contact@chromabranding.co.

What we collect

We only hold personal information you choose to send us:

• Your name and email address, when you contact us or apply to work with us.
• Anything you include about your project in that message.

Our contact form sends its contents to us by email — nothing is stored on a server, and there is no account system, no tracking pixels, and no analytics on this site.

How we use it

To reply to you, to assess whether we're the right studio for your project, and to run that project if we work together. We don't sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any mailing list you didn't ask for.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it's useful to the working relationship, and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@chromabranding.co and we'll sort it within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
